February 2013
We had a very short meeting last night with only 4 in attendance.We discussed the sign campaign and Alanna, Shawn and Dean divided some names and we will be calling to encourage them to get payment in.This is our biggest fundraiser and very important that it continues!If any of you know of aprospect, please approach them. If you need more info, let us know.
Butterbraids should be a great profit this year and wemadesection and gym t-shirt sales.Thank you Sara for heading this up!
Key chains sold well at other events by Connie Mort.
Alanna is going to renew the booster club status with Secretary of State.we will discuss by laws at future meeting.
We need someone to be in charge of the year end video that is played at the banquet.If anyone has pics that they can upload to shutterfly, that would be great!
Next meeting is scheduled for March 20th at 6pm at HS cafeteria.
